CANCELLATIONS

We understand that cancellations may occur and ask that if you wish to cancel your training course, please email our Training Co-ordinator: sharonl@embercompliance.co.uk  

Cancellations made within 14 days of the training course date are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 14 days of the training course date can be rescheduled to an alternative date/course or refunded.

Changes to qualification courses cannot be made within 10 days of the training course date.

Ember Compliance reserve the right to postpone or cancel courses when necessary. We will endeavour to give delegates as much prior notice as possible and make alternative arrangements where appropriate.
