Course description

This is an intensive design course for emergency lighting systems.

On completion of this course and associated assessment, learners will have knowledge of emergency lighting systems and be able to design appropriate systems using the prescribed design process. The course also provides an introduction to installation, testing, and maintenance.

Who should attend?

All those involved in the installation, testing, maintenance, and modification of emergency lighting systems including emergency lighting, specifiers, designers, verifiers, installers, commissioners, maintainers, and modifiers.

The course is technical. Learners would benefit from previous experience in electrical installations and basic knowledge of lighting.
