Requesting a Replacement CPD Certificate

We can provide either a digital or hard copy replacement. To request yours, please email training@embercompliance.co.uk with the following details:

• Full name
• Email address
• National Insurance number
• Course attended
• Date of the course

Fees

• £5 for a digital certificate (PDF)
• £15 for a printed certificate (sent by post)

FireQual Qualification Certificates

If you completed a regulated RQF qualification (e.g. the 5-day FD&FA course with FireQual assessment), please apply directly to FireQual for replacement certificates.
